CIS-2014 in Minsk.

I decided to check out the hotel information. $20 is a cheap price for a single room. And a more expensive one costs $57. That's already a 4-person room. Although it has 1 sofa and 3 beds. But it comes out to $14-15 per person. I think those rooms make sense.
