Moscow is not only dirty, but also a very confusing and hot city.
Try to find something in Moscow on the first attempt, especially since there's so little greenery and the asphalt heats up so much in the summer that you could boil.

To add to the topic, in my opinion, all of humanity is hindered by mistakes that they make over and over again, and the same ones at that! History with Napoleon taught Hitler nothing; history with the revolution and the Soviet Union taught Bush nothing (though what can you even teach him?:)).
