you've been on the forum for a long time and you're asking such questions.

First, the host should have only 1 map in the maps folder. Moreover, the map should be for Multiplayer, i.e., not a map for 1 player and 7 computers; there should be at least 2 players.

Second, when creating the map, after the opponent has entered the game, you need to click on the number of players several times (2345678 87654321), this helps to eliminate this bug with desynchronization. If it doesn't help, repeat the procedure several times. If it still doesn't help, then I don't know; usually, all issues are resolved after that.
