Everything that is happening in Ukraine now is primarily provoked by the authorities, and they bear all the responsibility for what is happening. None of this would have happened if Yanukovych had signed the agreement with the EU two months ago. Instead, he dispersed the Maidan and beat students. After that, the issue was no longer about the EU, but about his resignation. If he had resigned then, everything would have calmed down. Instead, he passed a package of repressive laws. Naturally, the people's patience ran out, and he got what is happening now. So, all the responsibility lies with the authorities, in particular with Yanukovych. For this, he will undoubtedly soon go to the toilet for the third time.
