Are you sure that this is what the 450 deputies (billionaires) want? Do you think that anyone in the Verkhovna Rada is seriously ready to fundamentally change the country and the regime? Do you think that the people will not sell out for a piece of "lard" in the next elections, as they have done repeatedly in the past? This plan is doomed to fail.
Actually, the deputies will readily agree to the first two points; this is an expansion of their powers. And the third point is very difficult and will take a long time; it is a task for several generations.
