I'm getting a bit tired of the same old arguments. How many times can we argue about what's better – the EU or Russia? It seems to me that both options could be good economically. Enough about that. The other day, I heard an interesting theory from some influential people: apparently, Putin and Yanukovych couldn't reach an agreement, so the destabilization and radical actions of the Maidan were orchestrated by Putin. They say he's now as interested as any other Western figure in overthrowing Yanukovych and installing a more loyal president, such as his close associate Medvedchuk. But I don't quite understand how this can be achieved without a violent scenario. We'll see what happens. I just hope there's less bloodshed; everything else is just minor details.
