113-7 - I retake the fur, the necro, I find 4 Griffin Conservatories at home!
122 - from 250 bones(Expert Earth Xi) - 2 Griffin Conservatories drop, and by
131 - already taken total = 5 Griffin Conservatories, 2 Dragon Fly Hives (and 2 secondary towns)
134 - Crag Hack finds a treasure zone, levels up (13 angels, 26 Dragon Flies, 400 bones + various)
136 - almost everything in the treasure zone - building towards Dragon Utopia
137 - Opponent broke in and took the secondary town and main, I'm far in the treasure zone (1 secondary town remains)
141 - I take Dragon Utopia (1st... useful: boots 15% resistance, shield +3/+3)
142 - Gunnar runs up to the secondary town, I attack there and the finale
(13 angels, 26 Dragon Flies, +various - against - 6 angels, 37 Dragon Flies, +less various)
Blinded and slowed angels after Cure kill the Dragon Flies in 2 hits (I wasn't aware they would be at full speed) GG =)

Was very afraid of the continuation, left with only 1 secondary town.

I myself pulled this off for the first time, the return is crazy - after 250 bones necro with Earth (+5% amulet +10% fur) - I dive into the Griffin Conservatory (-100, -200 skeletons = doesn't matter, immediately +60 +120 return... I took it by luck, not skill =).
