Isn't it the same on Maidan? The leadership of "Berkut" condemned the story about the naked activist.

In my opinion, it is obvious that Berkut has a clear order - to keep Maidan within certain limits, if possible, without resorting to violence, and especially not killing anyone. Therefore, all stories about Berkut's atrocities are either lies or someone's unauthorized actions in violation of the order.
