Nomination for “Contribution to the Development of the Heroes Community in 2013”

Many great things for the forum and for the game Heroes3 have been created by different people; I would also like to mention Wizard and his HB rules patch – at the very least, he deserves to be nominated.
But nevertheless, I won't be original: Pete 100% deserves this award.
