Here, it's just the expansion.

I don't understand... Why does it say that this game includes all the expansions and updates? And it costs the same as the original, a full disc - 399 rubles. Plus: "Attention! The game will not be available outside of Russia due to regional restrictions." If I'm in Ukraine, will I not be able to play it or even buy it? And lastly, if this is indeed a full disc with everything and I can buy and play it, what will happen to my achievements in the original version? Will they be linked to my account? Or will I have to start all over? Thank you for your attention.
