The surrender went well; by turn 117 I had already built up nearly 50 vivs, on 122 I cleared a Dragon Utopia near the capital, and on 123 a second one and approached ГО... I was attacked there, paid them off, and went back to treasure hunting... then we ran around some more and by turn 133 I had gathered over 120+ vivs, upgraded 106, and went on the attack; there was a red orb and then came the surrender.
