DDS files

Hello. If anyone knows, please suggest a program or decompiler for extracting *DDS* files from Heroes 5 - Tribes of the East.
I'm thinking of working with Photoshop CS2/CS3 or 3D Max.

But I'll answer as much as I understand.
Extracting *.DDS files from the game resources manually won't be too difficult. You'll need WinRar or Total Commander, as well as a strong helper – the Map Editor.
And to save *.DDS, Photoshop with the Nvidia-DDS plugin will be sufficient. Google will help you find it. And I can tell you what parameters to use for saving, if needed.
