Petya is doing a great job; it's clear he's an intelligent person who approaches issues with analysis. Ideally, we would rent the entire building #5 (http://galakt.by/%D0%BF%D1%8F%D1%82%D1%8B%D0%B9-%D0%BA%D0%BE%D1%80%D0%BF%D1%83%D1%81/) and a few rooms in building #4, like Petya suggested (http://galakt.by/580-2/) – for those who are coming with children. Almost all rooms will cost around $20-25 per person per night.

I will try to arrange for all the rooms to be booked under my name, as it's cheaper for citizens of Belarus, but it's not certain that they will allow it. Most likely, they will ask for everyone's passport for fire safety and other security reasons.
