Wikei

Mysterious, taciturn humanoids living in a tribe-based society steeped in superstition. Wikei have rough, tough skin covered in wrinkles, scars, and pockmarks, and they have no hair on their heads except for ceremonial braids. They revere killers and warriors, and most Wikei become ruthless and hardened assassins. Wikei only speak privately with each other. The eerie appearance of the Wikei is further enhanced by their expressionless eyes, deadly power pikes, and willingness to commit any atrocity.
