I don't even know what you can use the Tower for here without taking damage against the Necropolis. By the way, it was quite possible to compete with the Ogre in this setup, with Titans and cursed armor against legions of skeletons.

Of course, there's nothing you can use without taking damage, but Jebus is obviously the worst option. On other large maps, you can at least summon a lot of skeletons yourself, and on small maps, try to kill the Necromancer in the early game. But on Jebus, I don't know what you can hope for.
