You know for yourself that if you cram in too much new content, people will start to complain (creature experience, new Griffin Conservatories/Dragon Fly Hives), so you need to add it wisely. Therefore, if you throw everything in randomly, you'll end up with a second VoG.

I won't venture to predict how it will ultimately turn out.

Time will tell.
