CIS-2014 in Minsk.

I’ll repeat: the regulations will still be refined and will be based on SoD. But one thing is certain: winning the CIS without playing at least one 3DM1 will not be possible. We are making as many concessions as possible to SoD for objective reasons, but we are still leaving one small "VT requirement." Personally, I will sign up for some upcoming tournament on HeroesWorld to ensure that "the absence of Town Portal in КО does not come as a shock." For my part, I urge the SoD players to learn the mirror matchup. It’s not too late yet ;).
