Can any of his achievements justify the actions of an executioner and bloodthirsty murderer who destroyed millions of citizens of his country?

When he was the leader, he wasn't considered alive! The fact that the regime was authoritarian, he didn't even deny it, unlike our current government.
And the fact that he won the war is a fact; under an authoritarian regime, the leader wins first and foremost!
