Currently, each state has two paths of development: the European path, where power is accountable to the people, corruption is absent (ministers commute to work by bicycle), there are fair courts, and human rights are protected; and the Asian path, where power is not accountable to the people, and the foundation of the state is a corrupt pyramid (a traffic police sergeant keeps part of the bribe for himself and passes the rest up the chain, with the top of the pyramid consisting of ministers and the president), and there are no courts. In essence, the authorities treat the people as they please. The task of the current authoritarian regimes in Russia and Ukraine is to shift the focus from Europe to Asia (for example, by promoting pedophilia and Orthodoxy) in order to remain in power for as long as possible.
