How to play Heroes of Might and Magic III online via Hamachi?

I haven't been using Hamachi lately; the connection is constantly bad (blue color instead of green). I'm quite happy with the TV.

I also use the viewer, but not everyone knows how to use it yet, and sometimes it doesn't work for some people...
And another downside is that you can't be the host in a stream and use a VPN at the same time.
