General:

[-] In an allied town, creatures could be hired using the quick purchase feature.
[-] Critical bug when starting a new scenario.
[!] A scenario started with HD+ can be continued without HD+ and without HD; a scenario saved without HD+ can be continued with HD+.
[-] Critical bug with HotA 1.3: on some systems, the game crashed without generating logs during AI turn.
(For HotA 1.3, the selected HD 32-bit MMX (stretchable) and 32-bit True renderers are replaced with 32-bit True (stretchable) GDI. Temporarily, until the problem is resolved.)
