Not available yet. Naturally, I'll share my impressions later. All of this should be automated for any registered user. Each new registration creates additional confusion and increases the load on the site. I would strongly suggest paying attention to the report system on WCL; it contains many useful and valuable ideas. Implementing something similar shouldn't be seen as a bad thing.

3) Digital templates like 8XM8 should be written as they usually are - in lowercase (8xm8).

Templates like these are usually written in that style: 2SM4d(3), 6LM10, or Monk's Retreat - and that's how they are in the original. In Heroes, all words in titles (the first and subsequent ones) are capitalized: Battle Scholar Academy, First Aid Tent, Helm of the Alabaster Unicorn.

9) What is the Random template?

Sometimes, a random template is chosen as the starting point (for example, from the original 3DO set), and this reflects that fact.
An interesting idea (from another resource) is that the opponent immediately confirms the report (after 115 turns or after restarts), and a line appears indicating that a particular game has started. Then, the winner (or any player) finally completes the report with the game's result. There are many interesting things there; everything needs to be reviewed.
The site http://forum.heroesworld.ru runs on the vBulletin v3.5.0 platform, and some of its scripts (like the button-based drop-down menus in the quick navigation) are not processed in some browsers (on WebKit and Gecko engines - Mozilla, Chrome...), but some have the option to use Trident mode (which is in Explorer, IE). Perhaps the new buttons from the same series will work that way too (I haven't tested the report interface yet).
