Test tournament.

The display of the confirmation and cancellation buttons was adjusted. For a while, the confirmation button was accessible to all users, so they had time to report confirmations. When the button display was fixed, the confirmation for all reports was rolled back in the database because there was no actual confirmation for any of them; all confirmations were made by users who were not participating in the game for the reported match. The following changes have been made: 1) The display of the "Confirm Report" button has been fixed. 2) The display of the "Cancel Report" button has been fixed. 3) When a report is added, confirmed, or canceled, the report text is no longer added to the message; instead, it is taken directly from the table on the first page of the tournament. This is so that when the ability to edit reports is added for organizers/coordinators, the changes will be automatically displayed in all related posts (report, confirmation, cancellation), except for quoted ones. 4) When quoting a message in the tournament thread, if that message contains a report, its confirmation, or its cancellation, the system will automatically add the report text to the quote, which will no longer be synchronized with the table on the first page. 5) The "quick reply" and "quick edit" options have been removed from the tournament thread because they could be used to perform certain actions that bypassed the tournament system.
