Sometimes, during registration, you need to provide some information (e.g., your favorite Castle).
Then you can just write "Castles." I mean that the reports will be mixed with requests like "please register me for the tournament" - it doesn't look very good.
That's exactly the point: the organizer adds the player to the list of participants, or they write what else is needed to participate, or they can refuse.
I probably didn't understand something again. But how does the organizer influence it? We added ourselves, just duplicated the posts in the topic, and that's it. Or did you mean that the list of participants will be in the first or second post?
