Well, Opera, for example, doesn't react to clicking these lists at all.
And I don't really feel like reinstalling Chrome or Firefox...
I just checked specifically on a version of Opera 12 that isn't the latest (since they are already offering to Download version 18 on the official site). Later I checked on 18 as well, and everything works there too.

I specifically recorded a video on this topic; it can be used as a mini-demonstration of how to fill out a report.

So, the problems are on the user's end.
