Winter Championship for Heroes 3 [Kyiv-2014]

Due to being banned from participating in official HW tournaments for six months, I must decline Vatya's participation in our tournament.

Actually, it's the opposite; club tournaments have always been a way to rehabilitate one's reputation in the eyes of the public.

Moreover, this championship is not an official HW tournament (which are only online).

And the violation wasn't that serious anyway...
