If the opponent is being unsportsmanlike and immediately passes their turn without giving you a chance to react, there's a trick you can use! But honestly, watching a stream like that is just beyond the pale. I don't think banning the person is necessary, as they're not a malicious rule-breaker, but they should definitely be warned! (yellow card + removal from the tournament). In general, we're seeing more and more dishonorable behavior, and it would be good to include these in the rules. Besides the two mentioned above, another example is writing in the general game chat during someone else's turn! Add these to the list.
