To participate in the Novice tournament, as usual, you will need to provide the organizer with 2-5 detailed reports on games from the season and saves from these games. You don't have any of those yet. Registration for the tournament will open soon, so you need to hurry up with this, otherwise you will have to wait for the summer Novice tournament.
