Winter Championship for Heroes 3 [Kyiv-2014]

In my opinion, HL can be added to the finals if time allows; the rest needs to be played quickly. A mini-tournament for HL would be preferable. As Vic wrote, it's easier to award it if needed. For 8-player matches, the pattern is: they might surrender, resulting in a rest for the next match, or they might play, and it's impossible to find an opponent before the 2nd month. There's a certain risk... As an option, after generation, the judge checks the match for playability to avoid obvious delays, and based on the setup, requires FB to play a specific map and then starts the match.
P.S. For the finals, I'd like a more serious template to avoid complaints later.
P.P.S. And yes, reduce the timer by 2 minutes for HL.
