Roma, if I organize a Tournaments, the format will definitely not be a club format, but in the style of Ukraine, with a separate venue. However, I think everyone will need their own laptop (but I think almost everyone has laptops now :) + there are always friends from whom you can borrow up to 5-7 laptops to hold the tournament).
