Holding it in clubs in Saratov is not an option; there isn't a single decent club. The largest ones are Zona, Zion, etc., but I won't even mention the lack of amenities. There are a lot of teenagers playing CS, shouting and swearing, and people are constantly fighting: D. There aren't even separate rooms. I don't know about the clubs in Engels, but it's unlikely to be much different, so the option of a resort or some kind of cottage is better.

Roma, if I organize a tournament, the format will definitely not be in a club, but in the style of Ukraine, with a separate house. However, I think everyone will need their own laptop (but almost everyone has a laptop now, I think :) + there are always friends from whom you can borrow up to 5-7 laptops to hold the tournament).
