I took all the restarts, the spread turned out so-so, only 5 heroes, but I found a stable and a Pandora's box with 20+ Griffins, opposite which Mephala stood after the first day. The scout heroes meanwhile captured the gold mine, delivered an Axe of +2 Attack, I break through the Griffins - there are 40 of them, in the Pandora's box there are 15k experience, Leadership, Armorer, Wisdom were expertised, Logistics and Tactics were given. I lit up two external dwellings of unicorns and two Dungeon villages, so the question was about finding money. After painting the secondary towns and external dwellings, I went home to replenish mana, while the scout heroes picked up the only Dragon Fly Hive on the respawn, the Medusa dwelling, and took the Shackles of War. The GO Archangels, but with 24 upgraded unicorns and the Orb of the Firmament they are killed easily. Next, 40 Manticores with Haste behind the Sentinel's Shield and the Dragon Fly Hive, I kill the Manticores, but the timer doesn't forgive me, Mephala doesn't have time to take either the Shield or the Dragon Fly Hive, I pass the turn to the opponent, his 121 begins, I wait for them to take the loot from under my nose (since our zones were close, the GO were also close, especially since I ran upward towards the opponent), but it worked out, no blues are visible. On 122 I take the box with all of level 3 and the Dragon Fly Hive, the timer runs out again, I remain in the area of the opponent's GO.
On his turn, Tazar breaks through the GO and attacks himself. Stats: Taz 3-12-8-50 mana, 130 upgraded Lizardmen, 16 Dragon Flies, single Serpent Flies, 16 Gnolls. Mephala, 4-20-4-40 mana, 4 Silver Pegasi, 24 unicorns, 17 Dragon Flies. I was afraid of some magic, so I fortified with unicorns, but nothing followed (as it turned out later, Taz also had no magic), so teleport onto the Wyverns and charge into the Lizardmen, resulting in surrender.
