The other question is how to ensure a 100% fair match when playing against trans players online? No matter how you look at it, you need a referee. Who should we appoint so that they can oversee all the games fairly and everyone absolutely trusts them, and who also lives nearby? Besides Wicc, I don't have any real candidates (well, maybe Pete, but he's unlikely to be interested). The others are either friends with Alex in one way or another, or they are uninterested/don't inspire public trust. And, of course, the same goes for Vitaly's side.
In St. Petersburg, besides Vik, there are also Horn, the most honest Bayazet, the evil romantic, Dubrovin Pasha, and a whole bunch of other people. But I don't know who lives in Volzhsky besides VLK. So, we either need a stream with a delay or set passwords for the broadcast.
