what do money have to do with it???

well, you wrote in a previous post that Alex is afraid to register for a tournament with a good lineup of participants, using corrupted save files. first of all, it's pretty harsh to say such things about a player who has quit playing Heroes. secondly, Alex could easily call your bluff by offering to play for a lot of money. if you refuse, then you... well, you're not looking so good. the money is relevant here to make you understand the seriousness of the situation and to give Alex some motivation to prove something to yet another "know-it-all".
