I am not calling for bans for the slightest violation. But if it comes down to insults, then punishment is necessary. We could start with a Wall of Shame. And let everyone see who ended up there and why. A ban should be for the absolute last resort.

Oh, now that's right. Like a wall of shame, yes, but without restricting the person's number of posts in the process. Like, several such warnings without any restriction on writing, and then maybe a ban. This feature should be given to the GI, along with this count of violations and warnings. And afterwards, the GI points out to the responsible person who needs to be finished off—well, maybe not permanently, but for a certain period. I would also support such a function for the GI.
