On the first day I scouted the Dragon Fly Hive at respawn with 50-99 Earth Elementals and a Pandora's Box with 20-49 Magma Elementals. I immediately hit the Pandora's Box. The box gave 70 Zombies(!). The next day I cleared the Dragon Fly Hive with a loss of 60 Troglodytes, went for it on a whim - lucky, near-max spawn. 33 Troglodytes, 17 Zombies, and 8 Dragon Flies remain. I went through the portal for Orcs, clearing easy guards on auto-battle. I found two more Dragon Fly Hives with 20-49 Medusas and 50-99 Hell Hounds. I took the Medusas, then the Hounds, losing 3 Dragon Flies in the Hive, totaling 15 in the stack, and completely out of singles. I waited for growth, then pushed through 20-49 Energy Elementals, 20-49 Grand Elves, and 10-19 Grand Mages, while my opponent was ramping up behind a fake with 10-19 Snipers. I figured with 13 Dragon Flies I could just crush him. Gomunguls, seeing 13 Dragon Flies, surrendered.
