Yes, I also find the boxer golems more appealing than the current ones :D
But the fact that gremlins are now commandos somehow doesn't bother me :p
Overall, we have to admit that Nival did a good job with the design and created beautiful animations, so all the discussion about the appearance of the units is just a matter of taste; the main thing is that the final product is of high quality.
