Here's another example of vampires from Oblivion:
A Khajiit (half-tiger) was yellowish with yellow eyes, and after transformation, it became a little paler, but its fangs didn't even grow! (I wonder how it drinks blood?).
And don't confuse a monster-vampire with a vampire character:mad:. And Khajiit are cat-people, and they naturally have fangs:mad:.
