16.12.13 Javdet(brown, Necropolis, Gosha) vs Redwhait HP(blue, Dungeon, Shakti) def The_(red, Castle, Valya, Tyras) vs Gomunguls(green, Fortress, Taz) Jebus
125
It all started when Vitaly surprised us on the spawn, taking Fortress first.
We took Dungeon and Necropolis for ourselves.
Everything went well for me from the start.
111 I put up a Guild and took a Pandora's Box with 45 Harpies. Then I also grabbed a mini Griffin Conservatory.
112 scouted 2 Dragon Fly Hives, one Horde — haven't touched it yet.
113 I enter the second one without checking, and it's max :smile13:
114 the second Dragon Fly Hive is also taken, I have 19 Dragon Flies, the miner got armor and Earth magic.
115 the noobs take the second mini Griffin Conservatory, the miner is preparing to head to the center, but Earth magic, alas, isn't leveled up enough.
116 I go to the center, killing 20+ Black Knights, right there in the center is a Castle — I scatter, take the Sword +6 for Griffin Cavalry and Cristian level 10.
On the same turn, Roma also came out, and we cleared the center together.
I also grabbed a Cuirass and a Gladius of the Titan, a Pandora's Box with 10 Cavalry and 15k XP, leveled Wisdom and Air magic. Roma with a Cap, level 5, roamed the roadless terrain and gathered what he could, preparing to receive artifacts and kill everyone.
On my second turn, I took a mini Dragon Utopia with a Firebird at home. At the same time, the opponents come out. Taz has nothing serious, but Tyras showed up with 1-4 Archangels in 7 stacks and on the next turn holed up in the central Castle. I build GM2 at home, my Bolt is at 525, I have Oil and Mass Haste, I try to check with the noobs for Shackles and the Sphere of the elements, both times morale procs on the Archangels and neither could be checked, but I can see he has only 3 mana and I've revealed his army.
Stats 24/11 for the miner vs 15/18 for Tyras
In my army: 37 Dragon Flies, 2 Angels, 10 Cavalry, 60+ small units — Troglodytes and a Pikeman there, 1+8 Archangels, 49 Griffins, 19 Dragon Flies, 74 Marksmen, a couple of Swords and Spears of +2 Speed.
After the battle, where magic decided everything, the opponents surrender
Thanks everyone for the game.
The outcome was decided by three things: my GO - fairies, the lack of mana for Fireball, the lack of morale for 3 rounds with +3 morale — if morale had dropped a couple of times on the key stacks, maybe something would have worked out.
I wish all participants good luck and beautiful games, and thanks to Vitaly for an excellent and fun tournament!
