For some reason, it seems to me that everything will end up something like this – Ukraine will be divided in half, with the western part coming under the influence of the EU, becoming a sort of new Poland, and the eastern part coming under the influence of Russia, a new Belarus. I'm not insisting on the accuracy of the forecast, but it seems quite likely to me.
