What is your opinion about StarCraft 2: Heart of the Swarm?

The first episode of the second part is interesting, the second one is so-so. I hope the third one will be released soon, as I want to play as the Protoss properly. As for me, the most interesting storyline is definitely in the first part without the Brood War expansion.
