Based on discussions in chat, clarifications have been made to the rule regarding block restarts: A block restart can be used if the only path is blocked by guards that are either impossible to defeat or can only be defeated with critical losses (more than half of the army). A block restart can also be used if the Guardian of Order (GO) blocks two or more paths out of four in the Inferno zone (Inferno Castle + 3 secondary paths). A block restart is used if subjective restarts have been exhausted. For example, if a restart of type 111 remains, but a block is discovered on turn 113, a block restart can be used, forfeiting the restart of type 111.
