They MUST be banned!!! And smart people on a friendly portal should first look at the user warnings page for Tigryonok before listening to him.

Well, he's still hanging out there now and apparently isn't cursing anymore - maybe there was some other way to influence it, as I said, I don't know the situation with him. I'm not saying that no one should ever be banned. Apparently, there are complete psychos and I've seen such people, but not here.
