Forgering notes with random text? I don't believe it. Keep in mind that the first such note appeared on the second night, when no one suspected Tox, and no one knew that the players would write 4 notes each night. If they were forged, then it was done with some purpose. However, no one said anything about it.

The issue here isn't about night actions, but about authorship.
