The first week was tough – only wyverns in the castle. Couldn't find sulfur for hydras anywhere. On the second week I got my native secondary skill, but all passages seemed deliberately blocked: the exit to the neighboring tower along the path – a horde of gr. liches (guarding the orb of vulnerability), the passage through the secondary skill respawn – a mob of monks. In the end, I was stuck "wherever" for over a week. Only on the third week did I manage to kill the liches. Beyond them was the exit to the treasure zone, boxes, artifacts, and all sorts of goodies, but Shakti already had Dimension Door and was advancing from all sides. In the end, the first encounter was bought off, and the second was at my castle.
Shakti's stats were nearly twice as high (mostly due to +6 to all from the hat) and 50+ wyverns.

I confirm. Initially at the respawn I found only 1 useful relic, but 3 stacks of troglodytes came to Shakti and I decided to play. I quickly took a Hive for 8 wyvs and it went smoothly: in the first treasure zone a few Hives, then I decided to power up and in the second treasure zone I took a couple of Hives, cleared a boiler and a Pandora's box for all the earth spells. Pandora's gave me gold and I decided to upgrade the wyvs in secondary towns and also pick up some more relics with the leftovers, while Shakti captured towns to replenish mana in the main. Then I saw Tazar at my respawn with a stack of wyvs, attacked with single cats and killed half the wyvs with magic. Then I decided not to delay, recalled the wyvs (didn't take them for upgrade: turned out there wasn't enough gold), broke through two Gateways and by mistake first went to the opponent's secondary, then to the main. I took the empty main, saw Tazar emerge and attacked. Magic, stats, and 50 wyvern monarchs decided the battle's outcome.
