I think options without a cook shouldn't even be considered. And I agree with Pete – eating for 100 UAH in Kyiv is a huge success. I can barely manage that in Mariupol, even with cooking at home twice and having lunch at the office. I think we should budget 130-150 UAH, including the cook's services. And considering the washing up and shopping, he'll probably need an assistant for a group of 15 or more people. Since we're planning for a quorum of around 20+, we can assume that this is essential.
