I communicate with many people, and for some reason, they talk about the abuse of power almost exclusively in relation to some distant people, saying, "I heard that."

But I am unhappy that it is impossible to get through to state institutions by the indicated phone numbers (even to the tax office) - either they don't answer, or the line is busy, and that cars are not removed from the sidewalks by tow trucks, and they are not fined! How long will this continue?!!
