RoE was updated twice within a year and eventually faded away along with some features that didn't take root, while SoD, along with its expansions from AB, continues to exist successfully to this day.
A functional time market did not exist in RoE; it was simply a decorative object. Therefore, how can we talk about returning something that simply didn't exist? Moreover, this would be a significant change to the gameplay.
