Then Vespers is NOT Shiva, because Metzger would have killed her before the joint killing, and there wouldn't have been a joint killing. Or the executioner killed her, then Yashur is not the executioner, but VisTrit is the mastermind.

I don't understand why this can't be the case. We have two options: Yashur = executioner ---> Metzger killed ---> execute Neyra. Option two: Yashur = ??? ---> the Executioner killed ---> Vespers is killed ---> the Persty are great ---> We execute according to the block/We don't execute anyone.

That's strange, what's with points 5 and 8? Shiva and Mrak are in both.

There are separate killings there. And in 8, it's already a joint killing. That's how I understood it.
