Considering we're talking about hero development tactics. If you initially develop a mage, let's say a Nature mage, and then further develop at least two more magic skills, they officially become an archmage and receive a bonus to their title. But if a Barbarian develops Tactics and Scouting, what will they become? And what bonus will they receive?
Not all heroes can become archmages. And is it even necessary? An archmage receives a +20% bonus to spell power. But they lose their previous bonus. If you need an increase to the power of all spells, take Chaos magic and develop the "Spell Weaving" skill.
